Special Education Collaboration:

• Develop individualized service and special education recommendations
• Develop and collaborate on appropriate IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, identify and consider any supplemental related services such as Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, Assistive Technology, Adaptive PE, Counseling
• Communicating with child's teacher, therapists, school or district (phone) as needed
• Parent collaboration and guidance

Record Review:

Together, we will review your student's IEP and/or 504 plan in conjunction with any relevant medical history that is pertinent to their learning environment and abilities:

• Review previous services including medical and school based delivery models
• Review old and current goals as well as progress made
• Conclude with a proposed plan to move forward

• One work sample analysis at $15
• Two analyses for $25
• Three analyses for $35

We recommend you do the analyses prior to and during your child's time in the Handwriting Lab to show progress and to identify any areas of need.
