Although our Digital Content is educational material for student learners the purchaser of the video subscriptions MUST be an adult 18 years of age or older. The adult subscriber is to be the one making the purchase. The intended subscriber may be a parent/guardian, teacher, or other school administrator. They will also be presented with a voluntary multiple choice survey to collect basic demographic data including: age (we do not ask for date of birth), gender, educational setting, and grade. If you are a teacher, school administrator, or parent you simply select from pre-populated multiple choice options at your will and discretion. This survey is completely voluntary and does not affect your subscription with the OT Learning Lab, LLC.
When you visit our web services or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Although we may choose to communicate with you by regular mail, we may also choose to communicate with you by email or by posting notices on our services. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Subscriptions are Final
All subscriptions to the Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content or pay refunds on subscriptions of Digital Content.

Our business name, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are our trademarks in the United States and/or other countries. You may not use the Proprietary Marks without our prior written permission. We make no proprietary claim to any third-party names, trademarks or service marks appearing on our Services. LEAs’ Obligations for Students Under 13.
Acceptable Use Policies.
You agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree that you will not post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through any Site, or through any other OT Learning Lab computing resources:
- Content that defames or threatens others
- Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive
- Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them
- Content that infringes another’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets
- Material that contains vulgar or obscene language or images
- Advertising, promotional materials, or any form of commercial solicitation
You also may not:
- harvest or otherwise collect personal information about users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent
- use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, bots or other automated means to access or use the Sites
- introduce or attempt to introduce software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, backdoors or any other computer codes, files, or programming instruction or set of instructions that are designed or intended to disrupt, disable, harm, interfere or otherwise adversely affect any computer programs, software, firmware, hardware, mobile devices, wireless devices, computer systems, data or operations.
